GIF pics by Dwayne, Real Christmas Card from Jayne
Received on Nov-19-2007. The animation was done by Broken Wolf, or Lammy, or Bad Boy, or Dwayne. Very creative! AND artistic, too. It makes me in the center look a lot younger, LOL! Thank you so much, Dwayne!
Received on Nov-19-2007. Also from Dwayne. Wonderful! Thankssssss again!
REAL Christmas Card from Sunshine or Jayne in Wales!!!!! The first one from my cyber friends.
Beautiful card.
It is always a little bit too hot in BKK and it never gets cold,
but the day I received this card weather did cool down so nicely!
Thank you, Jayne!

Rose Molokoane was awarded the Women of the Year Outstanding Achievement Award
sponsored by Good Housekeeping and announced by Comedian Victoria Wood.
The award acknowledges and celebrates a phenomenal achievement
against all odds by a woman
whose indomitable spirit has shown the world that anything is possible.
Rose Molokoane's story began in Oukasie,
one of the most famous informal settlements in South Africa
where she was born and raised.
Rose is now the National Chairperson for the 80,000 member
South African Homeless People's Federation
and a board member of Shack/Slum Dwellers International.
She has supported and helped more than 150,000 squatters,
a vast majority of whom are women to pool their savings.
This in turn, won them sufficient standing to negotiate
with the government for a progressive housing policy
that has already produced 15,000 new homes
and secured more than 1,000 hectares
of government land for development.
A South African veteran of the anti-apartheid struggle,
this courageous and determined woman
is one of the most internationally recognised grassroots activists
involved in land tenure and housing issues around the world.

We Do Not Need This Kind of Immigrants
January 30, 2008 (journal/item/155)
Talking about immigration and immigrants,
I am sure no countries in the world need this kind of immigrants:

Isn't it outrageous?!
